Benefits for participants
The participation in competitions provides valuable experiences to children. It gives them the opportunity to collaborate in teams, to deepen their knowledge, to operate independently, to take initiatives, to enjoy and actively participate in a robotics celebration!
The participation in competitions and robotics festivals, regardless of distinction, is a valuable asset for the resume of the child, which is now being built from a very young age.

Preparation classes
The preparation consists of four workshops and therefore lasts one month. Students will form teams of 2 children.
In the preparation classes participate exclusively our students who are also attending the annual cycle, after all, most of the required experience for the programming and the construction of the robot comes from there.
Team formation
Teams will be formed in the first preparation workshop by the teachers, taking into account the children's wishes. Alternatively, children and parents, if they wish, can form their teams in advance. A prerequisite for this is that parents ensure to enroll their children in the same preparation class and inform their children of their wish to be in the same team, the teacher of the preparation class, before the start of the 1ου preparation workshop.
Team names
The teams from Robotakia have a compound name, with the first component being the word Robotakia, e.g. Robotakia – Eagles. The second component is chosen by the children.
Attire
On the day of the competition, children wear a Robotakia t-shirt with their name on the back and a unique number!
Parental consent
Parental consent is required for the organizer and Robotakia, for the child's participation, as well as for the use of audiovisual material that includes the children, from the preparation and from the competition, for informational and promotional purposes.
Date of the event
The competition will take place on November 23, 2025, in Athens, at the Serafio.
